Tim was born and raised in Washingtonville, New York. He stayed in New York to receive a B.A in Media Studies and a minor in Computer Science at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.

Prior to Thayer Leadership, Tim was the Knowledge Management Consultant for the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) for 6 years. Tim is skilled in creative and technical disciplines and has proficiencies in information technology, website design and development, video production, and graphic design.

Tim enjoys skiing, mountain biking, video games, and listening to music in his free time.
