Ramon's passion for customer service and a job well-done led him directly from high school, to a position with Walgreens. He quickly worked up from a cashier to a supervisor, and over the course of 15 years, became a staple for customers in the small, tight-knit community of Highland Falls.

A life-long resident of the area, Ramon is very familiar and respectful of all that West Point stands for. His ability to lead a team towards success, and eagerness to learn new things, make him a valuable asset to Thayer Leadership. He is always looking for new ways to push, and improve himself and his community.

In his free time, Ramon enjoys spending time with friends and family, and traveling. His true passion lies in music, as he is a self-taught drummer. Good timing, precision, and adaptability are things that describe both Ramon and his drumming. He incorporates these things into his everyday life, all without skipping a beat!
