Meagan Consedine
(University of Notre Dame)
Client Relations Director

Meagan has been part of the Thayer family since December 2020, serving  as support faculty for our online and virtual experiences. Meagan commissioned in 2001 through R.O.T.C., graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She served nearly 6 years in the U.S. Army as a Transportation Officer. Meagan’s service spanned assignments in Germany and Fort Hood, Texas, during which she deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The most rewarding part of her Army experience was the opportunity to work with and lead diverse teams of Soldiers and, collectively, overcome challenges in peacetime and combat.

Following military service, Meagan transitioned to the business world, holding leadership positions in business development and proposal management. She had the opportunity to manage teams both in-person, and remotely, experiencing first-hand the importance of building strong teams in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment. Meagan graduated from Oregon State University in 2021 with a Master of Public Policy (MPP) and a concentration in social policy issues.

Meagan remains connected to the military community as an Army Spouse. She volunteers with unit Soldier and Family Readiness Groups, and as a Senior Advisor - connecting families to resources and programs to ensure each new military family is part of the community. Meagan also serves with a military family-focused nonprofit, Partners in PROMISE, that elevates the stories of exceptional military children in special education. She is a certified Master Resilience Trainer (Level 1) and enjoys applying this skill to her volunteer positions with the U.S. Army.

Meagan currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia. She has been married to her Army Aviator husband for 19 years, and they have two children. As a family, they enjoy outdoor adventures, travel, and their children’s varied youth activities, which range from sports to theater.
