In addition to working with Thayer Leadership, Kimberly also currently works at the Country Club of New Canaan as the Payroll and Human Resource Analyst for 200 employees. Previously, Kimberly was employed by Danbury Hospital for 13 years, where she was the Supervisor of Payroll and Staffing for over 900 employees. She has trained managers and supervisors in payroll systems while being a “superuser.” Kimberly is proficient with different pay rules, including for in state and out of state employees. She takes great pride in her work. She also has volunteered for numerous nonprofit organizations and helped in many after-school activities and sport functions. She has a few business certificates, including but not limited to Business Analysis Professional & Payroll Management. With her willing to learn as much as she can about human resource and payroll rules, she is looking into doing more training and online courses. 

Kimberly has a family with three children who she has raised in Danbury, Connecticut.  Her daughter, a junior in high school, cheers for the Varsity Cheer team, and a son who lives and works in Manhattan, which she loves to visit and spend the day in the greatest city in the world! Her stepson still lives in Danbury.  

She must confess she has never been to an Army football game but comes from a football family; her son played through college, but she has been to a few pop warner football games at West Point!
