Ismy received her B.A. from SUNY Oswego, majoring in Business Administrations.  During her time in school, she became the president of the Future Business Leaders of America. She implements what she learned as President of her chapter in her day to day life. Prior to starting with Thayer Leadership, Ismy interned and later worked for a digital marketing agency.  In her free time, Ismy enjoys playing with her pets, practicing yoga, and trying new things!
