Human Resources Manager

Christine is a Human Resources Manager with 9 years of experience and worked with the Hertz Corporation for 7 years, along with several contract opportunities.  She has broad experience across all aspects of HR in personnel direction, process development, recruiting, training, and management of multiple internal and external programs. 

Christine attended the The Ho-Ho Kus School of Business and received a business certification.  In addition, she has attended several corporate training events to continue to build upon her HR experience and knowledge.  She is looking to gain her SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) certification along with furthering her education in the new year. Christine’s goal is to continue to build upon her competency-based educational programs, by attending events, seminars, and eLearning courses in person or virtually to advance her knowledge for mutual benefit.  She is very excited and looking forward to having the opportunity to share all of her skills and knowledge to help the team to implement and enhance the overall quality of the Thayer Leadership Human Resources Team.

Christine is married to her husband, Jeff, has 3 children, and currently resides in Monroe, New York.  In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf with her husband and children and participating in fundraiser events, such as 5K walks.
