Deb comes to the world of leader development from higher education. She has taught at Eastern Connecticut State University, University of Mary Washington, and Concordia College New York. She has a BS in Business Administration. After spending a few years working in events planning and in the ski industry she went back to school at Sacred Heart University for her MA in Education. Deb was a tenured elementary school teacher in Groton, Connecticut. She and her family moved to the Midwest, where Deb completed her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Saint Louis University. As a research assistant she worked with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education on the Administrator Mentoring Program.  

Deb currently lives in Highland Falls with her husband and two daughters. She loves to read, walk, and swim in her free time.
