Caitlyn Collins
(John Jay College)
Assistant Program Manager

Caitlyn received her B.S from Union College, majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Anthropology in 2014. Due to a strong interest in criminal justice, she went on to receive her Masters degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2018.

Caitlyn is originally from Schenectady NY, but has lived in Manhattan since 2015. In addition to grad school, Caitlyn has spent her time in the city as a bartender as well as an advertisement sales assistant. Both jobs provided her with a wide range of new experiences and skill sets in which she looks forward to applying in her assistant program manager role. Above all things, Caitlyn is a people person through and through, and if she can find a way to make your life easier or add some joy to your day, she’s eager to do so. She is always on the look out for a new project to tackle and problem to solve, and knows that a positive attitude can go a long way!

Caitlyn has interned and worked part time with Thayer Leadership since 2017, when she helped the marketing team with a variety of projects. Having been involved with numerous assignments with the company for the last few years, she has been able to learn a great deal from this talented team. One of the many reasons why Caitlyn loves being a part of this team is watching and hearing about companies and individuals who feel more confident about leading with purpose and are inspired to implement new effective leadership strategies in their every day life.

In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys hiking, attending live music events, checking out new breweries, and traveling through America’s national parks.
