Thursday, August 29, 2024

Thayer Leadership is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). This collaboration aims to provide valuable career opportunities and resources to military spouses, recognizing their unique strengths and resilience.

The Military Spouse Employment Partnership is a Department of Defense initiative that connects military spouses with more than 500 partner employers who are committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting, and retaining military spouses. By partnering with MSEP, Thayer Leadership underscores its long-term commitment to supporting the military community and leveraging the exceptional skills of military spouses in various professional fields.

“Military families are one of our U.S. national assets. Thayer Leadership has supported our military veterans and military spouses as a bedrock corporate principle since we were founded in 2010. Partnering with the Department of Defense and U.S. Chamber of Commerce demonstrates our commitment to educate other companies on the value of hiring military families," said Dan Rice, Co-President of Thayer Leadership.

Through this partnership, MSEP will offer a range of initiatives to Thayer Leadership, including networking opportunities and career development resources specifically designed for military spouses. These initiatives are intended to enhance the professional skills and employability of military spouses, thereby benefiting Thayer Leadership by creating a pool of well-prepared candidates for potential hiring opportunities.
