WEST POINT, NY, May 17, 2018 – The Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point (TLDG) launched a new video resource library, which captures unique relationships, programs, and philanthropy initiatives TLDG has developed since 2010. TLDG is headquartered at the Historic Thayer Hotel, ranked by Conde Nast as #3 hotel in Mid-Atlantic region, but also conducts programs globally. The 3-5 minute videos span a variety of topics, such as leader development programs custom-designed with Pratt & Whitney, SAP, Mercedes-Benz, Insight and more; their annual Veterans’ Day Initiative partnership with Nasdaq in New York City; and interviews with the world-renowned TLDG faculty team who have lived, led, served, and practiced the leadership principles they teach. A sample of the videos are:

TLDG has become a foundation for executives to develop their leadership bench and board of directors with valuable insights translated from military leadership into practice in Corporate America. Bob Leduc, President of Pratt & Whitney, said "TLDG was kind of a missing brick in the wall for us. We knew what we wanted to do; we weren’t quite sure how to go about doing it in a meaningful, purposeful way. I think what TLDG brought us was a tried and proven leadership model of the Army."
