TLDG's Dan Rice, Karen Kuhla and faculty member BG (Ret.) George Forsythe launch a six part series with in Chief Executive called "Excelling in a VUCA Environment Requires a Learning Mindset".  The series addresses how CEOs and their companies understand the challenges of a VUCA environment and how they adapt and innovate quickly to respond. Interviews were conducted with six of our incredible clients: Mike Fucci (Chairman Deloitte); Joe DePinto (CEO 7-Eleven); Bob Leduc (President Pratt & Whitney; Margaret Keane (CEO Synchrony Financial); Bob Weidner (CEO MSCI) and Tony Guzzi (CEO EMCOR). 

Part one features a discussion with TLDG facutly GEN (Ret.) Dennis Reimer, Army Chief of Staff in the late 1990s, as he presents five strategies that positioned the Army for success that are translatable to corporate America.
