For our women's programs, we utilize women leaders who exemplify what it means to be a leader of character and who have "been there" on the battlefield, whether in the military, corporate sector, or both. These faculty lead and facilitate discussions and provide mentorship and guidance in small, interactive applied academic and experiential sessions. All our faculty have deep academic and experiential backgrounds upon which to draw when engaging in dialogue with your woman leaders and creating the next generation of leaders. They are truly "scholar-warriors" and role models.

A few of the program faculty are:

Brigadier General (Retired) Maureen LeBoeuf, Ed.D.

Brigadier General (Retired) Becky Halstead

Colonel (Retired) Pilar McDermott, Ph.D.

Colonel (Retired) Donna Brazil, Ph.D.

"The experience is life-changing. You get an opportunity to meet women with different experiences, cultures, backgrounds who have one common denominator - being women."
~ Kathie Levergood, Director Customer Care, Atlantic Broadband

"You will make amazing connections, learn from brilliant leaders in a safe setting. I highly recommend the women's only open enrollment. It gives you a chance to be your authentic self without having the usual stereotype thinking going on.”
~ Kim Markgraf, Assistant Vice President Applications Development, USAA

"Inspiring. It changes you and your perspective. It will make you see things differently. Leadership walking the walk.”
~ Mag O'Keefe, Director of Operations and Plant Manager, Stryker

"I met some amazing women who inspired me and learned a lot about myself and communicating with others. The most valuable and influential thing I took away was to create a leadership philosophy. It sets in stone one’s values, creates accountability, and lets others know what to expect from you.”
~ Katherine Haney, Former Manufacturing Manager, National Gypsum Company
