Superior leadership principles, values, and ethics
A unique opportunity to have a blended, fully immersive, and exclusive experience with role models who have demonstrated superior leadership skills in highly challenging and ever-changing situations leading teams and individuals in extraordinary circumstances. The faculty, all inspirational leaders of character, will lead and facilitate discussions and provide mentorship and guidance in small, interactive experiential sessions, which reflect the leadership principles, values, and ethics from the Army and West Point.
The faculty will bring theory to life and demonstrate meaningful connections between military leadership, and leadership in the corporate, governments, and non-profit sectors. Participants will actively hone these concepts and apply the skills through experiential activities, while simultaneously expanding their professional network.

Transformational, Innovative and Empowering
Dan Rice, President of Thayer Leadership, spoke with the senior management of Point72 from Ukraine during an air raid about leadership, the relevance of Thayer's Leadership's curriculum for business leaders, and the diplomatic, informational, military, and economic conditions facing the Ukrainian nation and its military. Addressing any of these topics well would be a tall feat for anyone, but Dan was able to expertly navigate all and left such a positive and powerful impression that Point72’s leaders were eager to hear more from Dan and the Thayer team! And while nothing is ever truly ‘plug and play’, working with Dan and his team is the closest thing you’ll find in corporate leadership development today based on my experience. Again, a superb discussion led by a talented professional that was made possible by an equally talented and professional team. I simply can’t recommend Thayer Leadership highly enough!
Ross Brown, Special Assistant to the COO
The Thayer Leadership digital curriculum is unique and perfectly designed to grow talent across all levels and experience. The custom blend of self-paced online learning, self-reflection, and live virtual engagements with the team provided a highly-personalized and engaging experience ensuring optimal impact for all learning styles. My team truly enjoyed the experience and bonded further through the unique combination of live virtual sessions and powerful online learning, giving real leadership tools we are using right away. We look forward to leveraging our learnings as a Senior Staff and also by having our entire Managerial team participate.
