Joe DePinto, CEO
I'm sure you all don't always see the end results of the Thayer training you lead...I just got off a conference call with our entire leadership team - VP and above. The VUCA training they learned through Thayer is truly driving the leadership and decisions they are making. They're moving in an incredibly agile and flexible way...and communication has been incredible. It has allowed us to continue operating in an unbelievably VUCA environment and serve the neighborhoods where we operate. Thought you should know - you would be proud if you could see this team in action. Many thanks guys!!

I’m not usually a fan of these kind of sessions, but I found the Thayer Leadership event to be incredibly valuable. We have some work to do, but with the framework that we developed in conjunction with the Thayer team, we are in a place to go from good to great.
